Semi-Private Group Fitness Training (Fit Over 40)

60 MINUTES • $40/per person

This group training challenge is about gaining lean healthy muscle and losing body fat through exercise and healthy eating. Your focus will be on improving your current physical activity and learning about yourself through fitness, nutrition, goal setting, discipline, and self-confidence. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals through this positive, fun, rewarding, and informative, 4-week fitness experience. Renews monthly.

The workout draws from body weight and HIIT exercises, weight training, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, jump roping, and sports drills in creating my workouts.

You can join an existing group, or gather together with 4 to 6 friends or family members and create your own. Offered at my private gym, and outdoors.
