Train Live
Virtually

Life may be upended, but you can still feel on track with your fitness goals. Virtual training is a great option. Live instruction, exercises tailored to you, and dedicated, personal attention that let you reach your milestones, and then exceed them.

I’ve been training clients virtually for five years. You’ll benefit from the advantage of working out where you are, yet still with the vibe of face-to-face connection and accountability you crave.

 

Train In-Person

Access to a private gym with your own personal trainer never sounded so good. In our new “normal,” you may feel better knowing that you’re training in a well equipped gym used by only my private clients. I’ll challenge you and cheer you on. You’ve got this! I can also come to your home, if you prefer.


This option will be available once I am able to offer it again after COVID-19 shelter-in-place restrictions ease. Until then, let’s work together virtually.

I believe in getting outdoors. Walking, hiking, running, and other outdoor fitness activities can all be a part of your training program.
